In february this year, a survey called "Great place to work" was held by an external company.
The results of this survey were partly, briefly, short and with little comment, shown during the Quarterly meeting right after.
The results given were absolutely NOT good and there was no further feedback given.
A few months later, workshops were held. Maybe you attented (one of) them and care to give feedback here.
Also for these workshops, no actual feedback was given, no results published, no actions were taken, no lessons learned.
In the end; how great a place is Devoteam to work? |
